Matt Zaryk
President of Construction
With over 20 years of experience, Matt is a results-driven executive with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex multi-family projects. His leadership is deeply rooted in strategic thinking, collaboration, and transparent project execution. Matt’s primary focus is on the implementation of organizational innovation, the development of high-performance teams, risk mitigation, contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and market expansion. Through his core competencies, Matt believes in the cultivation of positive relationship development, strategic stakeholder and client engagement, and delivering on operational excellence.


George Stamatakos
Vice President of Construction Operations
George brings over 30 years of experience in the construction and development industry. Over the course of his career, he has directed over $2 billion worth of construction and development projects, including multifamily, mixed-use, luxury high-rise condos & apartments, and commercial projects. These projects were executed up and down the East and West Coasts and now the Midwest of the United States. George graduated from Georgia Southern University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and Contracting in Statesboro, GA.
Zack Bauer
Project Executive – Louisville Market
Zack is a seasoned construction professional with years of experience leading complex commercial and residential projects from conception to completion. A proud graduate of Colorado State University, he earned a degree in Construction Management, laying a solid foundation for a career defined by leadership, innovation, and operational excellence.
Throughout his career, Zack has successfully overseen multimillion-dollar projects across diverse sectors, including multifamily, education, hospitality, and sustainable design. Known for a hands-on leadership style and a sharp eye for detail, he excels at aligning cross-functional teams, mitigating risk, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Zack is passionate about building not just structures, but strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members alike. He is recognized for his ability to foster collaboration, drive continuous improvement, and implement cutting-edge construction technologies that increase efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
While not at work, Zack enjoys spending time with his family, as well as fly fishing and being outdoors.


Ron Kincaid
Project Executive – Indianapolis Market
Ron has been in the construction industry since 1993. Over the last twenty-plus years, his main concentration has been in the mixed-use and multifamily sector. Ron has built projects in the Midwest and the Mid-Atlantic Region. Currently, Ron is the Project Executive overseeing our Indianapolis market. In his free time, Ron enjoys spending time with family, friends, and traveling.
Kerry Willett
Vice President of Preconstruction & Estimating, Principal
Kerry began working in the construction industry in 2000. Throughout her career, she has worked on various types of projects: production homes, custom-built homes, townhomes, apartments, assisted living and other commercial buildings. Her last 6 years were spent focused on assisted living and other commercial projects, her key roles were building relationships with vendors and subcontractors in new markets and estimating the projects. In her free time, Kerry enjoys spending time with her family and loves watching her daughters play sports.


Keith Von Handorf, CPA
Vice President of Development and Construction Accounting, Principal
Keith is a CPA who served as a tax adviser at large regional accounting firms for seven years in Louisville prior to joining Denton Floyd in 2021. Originally from Covington, Kentucky, Keith received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting at the University of Kentucky and moved to Louisville shortly after. Keith enjoys playing golf, hiking, and travelling in his free time. He is a member of the AICPA.
Shahana Reese
Senior Construction Accountant
Shahana has been a part of the Denton Floyd team since 2015. She began her career as a Staff Accountant and was promoted to the position of Corporate Controller with the growth of Denton Floyd’s Construction and Development Division. Originally from Cincinnati Ohio, Shahana moved to Louisville to attend the University of Louisville, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Louisville with a double major in Accounting and Finance. Shahana’s quick wit and fierce personality add great value to the Denton Floyd.
