Forge brings a level of expertise to the development and construction world, with its large list of exclusive and new developments. Forge is a full-service developer and general contractor that specializes in pre-construction services, project management, and owner’s representation.

QCM’s (Quality Control Managers), PM’s (Project Managers), SSHO’s (Site Safety & Health Officers), and SUP’s (Superintendents) are provided on all projects. Municipalities, investors, and financial institutions team with Forge for quality, expertise, and timeliness. MEET OUR TEAM

Matt Zaryk

President of Construction, Partner

With over 20 years of experience, Matt is a results-driven executive with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex multi-family projects.  His leadership is deeply rooted in strategic thinking, collaboration, and transparent project execution. Matt’s primary focus is on the implementation of organizational innovation, the development of high-performance teams, risk mitigation, contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and market expansion.  Through his core competencies, Matt believes in the cultivation of positive relationship development, strategic stakeholder and client engagement, and delivering on operational excellence.

Jake Boehm

Senior Vice President of Preconstruction and Estimating

With over 20 years of construction experience, Jake has been responsible for the development of major projects including multifamily apartments, condominiums, office towers, senior living facilities, federal military projects, transportation infrastructure projects, historic renovations, and custom homes. As the lead of preconstruction services, Jake is committed to implementing a risk management process to ensure that each project meets the quality, cost, schedule, and constructability necessary for each project.   In his career Jake has overseen the development of over four thousand multifamily units consisting of more than six million square feet. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan. When not in the office, Jake enjoys woodworking, being outside and spending time with his wife, daughter and son.

George Stamatakos

Vice President of Construction Operations, Principal

George brings over 30 years of experience in the construction and development industry. Over the course of his career, he has directed over $2 billion worth of construction and development projects, including multifamily, mixed-use, luxury high-rise condos & apartments, and commercial projects.   These projects were executed up and down the East and West Coasts and now the Midwest of the United States.  George graduated from Georgia Southern University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and Contracting in Statesboro, GA. 

Joey Thurman

Vice President of Business Development

Joey Thurman serves as Vice President of Business Development at Denton Floyd, where he leads efforts around strategic partnerships and vertical integration. With 15 years of experience in sales leadership and operational strategy, he brings a practical, results-driven approach to identifying and executing growth opportunities. He resides in Louisville with his wife and three daughters.

Brian Harvey

Project Executive

Brian is a Kentuckiana native with a wife and four children, and a passion for soccer, live music and the outdoors. He has been in construction his entire working life. After joining a framing crew as a teenager and a decade of service in the Army Engineer Corp., Brian’s career in commercial construction management began in 2007. It includes a diverse range of projects in historic rehabilitation, retail, industrial, and hospitality, as well as five years in the multifamily industry leading up to his employment with Denton Floyd. Brian believes this broad base of experience and industry knowledge, a forward thinking, positive approach and focus on process driven results are key to all past and future success. He is excited to continue challenging himself within our rapidly expanding construction division, and contributing to the realization of Denton Floyd’s dynamic corporate vision.

Zack Bauer

Project Executive – Louisville Market

Zack is a seasoned construction professional with years of experience leading complex commercial and residential projects from conception to completion. A proud graduate of Colorado State University, he earned a degree in Construction Management, laying a solid foundation for a career defined by leadership, innovation, and operational excellence.

Throughout his career, Zack has successfully overseen multimillion-dollar projects across diverse sectors, including multifamily, education, hospitality, and sustainable design. Known for a hands-on leadership style and a sharp eye for detail, he excels at aligning cross-functional teams, mitigating risk, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Zack is passionate about building not just structures, but strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members alike. He is recognized for his ability to foster collaboration, drive continuous improvement, and implement cutting-edge construction technologies that increase efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

While not at work, Zack enjoys spending time with his family, as well as fly fishing and being outdoors.

Jordan Mims

Director of Health, Safety and Environmental

Jordan, CHST / SMP / CIT / CRIS, has over 16 years of experience working as a health & safety and environmental professional. After starting his career in the Oil & Gas Industry with experience in the Nuclear, Waste Water and Technologies sectors, the majority of his experience comes from multi-billion-dollar projects in industrial and infrastructure construction; having worked with clients such as Google, Meta, Intel, Duke Energy and the Cities of Gilbert and Chandler, AZ. His expertise in behavior-based safety, incident investigation and analysis, and cultural safety development fosters a holistically safe culture that breeds and emphasizes unconsciously safe employees. Jordan was raised in Tampa but worked up and down the East Coast, Texas, and Arizona. He recently moved back to Southern Indiana with his wife and two children in 2023 to raise his family in a smaller town.

Brandi Carlson

Director of Warranty

With 17 years of experience across multiple sectors of the construction industry, Brandi brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to her role. Her diverse background provides a well-rounded perspective on warranty management, enabling her to tackle challenges with clarity, collaboration, and confidence. Brandi is known for her proactive communication, sharp attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to delivering efficient, high-quality solutions that drive client satisfaction and project success. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family embracing nature and creating meaningful memories.
